Wells Fargo Bank announced that it has completed a five-year project to Web-enable its 6,200 ATMs in 23 states. After more than a year of legal wrangling, PeopleSoft Inc. agreed to be acquired by Oracle Corp. for about $10.3 billion, which is $26.50 a share.
