I found a few false positives in my Gmail spam folder lately, and these were no dubious emails or one of those standard forum confirmation request emails. I started to worry when Western Union emails started landing in the spam folder, not a good sign.

Still it didn’t prepare me to what I found there today. One of Googles own emails, a Google Alert email right there in the Gmail spam folder, as you can see in the image below.
