I’ve just been asked by a colleague about changing files date on a Linux system.
The command to change the date/time stamp of the file is: touch.

Nokia announced their plans to support N-Gage Games across their smart phones starting next year, essentially turning “N-Gage” into a brand rather than a device.

Google has acquired the social-networking service Dodgeball.
Dodgeball posted a notice on its site, saying it was acquired by Google. The note did not reveal financial details but did say that Dodgeball’s two co-founders are “Google superfans.”

I’ve been watching the HD-DVD vs. Blu-ray joust for some time now and it seems Toshiba managed to now to hit Blu-ray in the right spot, capacity. Internet Explorer’s share of the U.S. browser market has slipped below 90 percent as the Firefox browser continues to grow in popularity, according to independent tracking by WebSideStory.
Firefox, had a 6.8 percent share as of April 29, an increase from 3.0 percent since WebSideStory began tracking Firefox separately in October.

WordPress 1.5.1 was released yesterday. The new version includes an important security fix, a few improvements, a new API hooks and functionality, more than 170 bugs fixes. It is available for a free download.
